My stay at Hotel & Spa J-Mex was quite a unique experience. The facilities, including the spacious room with an oversized bathroom and sauna, were impressive, though I had to get used to some quirks of the 'Adult Only' environment. Overall, it offered a comfortable and fun atmosphere with great amenities.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel & Spa J-Mex Shinjuku Kabukicho. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Shinjuku, making it super easy to explore Tokyo. However, I faced some challenges with the hotel's communication, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the room was spacious and had some impressive amenities like a giant bathroom and a sauna.

My stay at Hotel & Spa J-Mex Shinjuku Kabukicho was quite enjoyable, although there were a few aspects to consider. The spacious room and comfortable amenities were definitely highlights, but I found the location to be a bit inconvenient while carrying luggage. Overall, it was a good value for money, especially with the large bathtub and other features.

The staff were generally helpful, especially Paul, who went above and beyond to assist with my requests. I appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out, though some language barriers were present.
Location

The location was decent; it was about a 9-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, passing through the vibrant Kabukicho area. While it was fairly quiet given the bustling surroundings, dragging luggage through the area can be cumbersome.

I had a unique experience at Hotel & Spa J-Mex Shinjuku Kabukicho. The large room was quite comfortable and featured a range of amenities, though I did face some issues with cleanliness and noise from the outside. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the subway and nearby dining options.

Rooms

The spacious Superior Queen Room was well-equipped, featuring a Jacuzzi, steam bath, and a karaoke machine. although the mattress wasn't comfortable and I ended up with a backache. It would have been nice if I could turn off some of the constant lights when I left the room.
Service

The staff struggled with basic English, which made communication challenging. I had to ask several times for the room to be cleaned, and even so, it didn’t meet the cleanliness standards I expected.
Location

Situated on a calm street in the vibrant Shinjuku area, it was just a 9-minute walk to the main station. I appreciated being close to restaurants and the subway. the neighborhood felt safer compared to the busier parts of Shibuya.
